6 Arrangements for administration of Act
(1)
The Governor in Council may, in accordance with section 50 of the Commonwealth Act, make arrangements for the administration of that Act, including arrangements relating to the exercise by officers of this jurisdiction of functions under the Commonwealth Act.
(2)
An arrangement may be varied or terminated in accordance with the Commonwealth Act.
