11 Agreement outside this Act for payment of judgment debt
(1)
Nothing in this Act shall while there is no instalment order in force in respect of a judgment be taken to prevent the judgment creditor and judgment debtor entering into an agreement for the payment of the judgment debt.
(2)
Notwithstanding that a judgment creditor and judgment debtor have entered into an agreement for the payment of a judgment debt an instalment order may be made under this Act.
