18 Instalment order may be confirmed, varied or cancelled
(1)
The court shall upon a judgment debtor attending before it pursuant to section 17—
(a)
examine the judgment debtor in accordance with section 15; and
(b)
consider the circumstances of the default.
(2)
The court may confirm vary or cancel the instalment order and shall cause the judgment creditor and judgment debtor to be notified accordingly.
