22 Meetings of the Panel
(1)
The chairperson may convene meetings of the Panel.
(2)
At the request of the Attorney-General, the chairperson must convene a meeting of the Panel.
(3)
The chairperson must preside at all meetings of the Panel.
(4)
At a meeting of the Panel—
(a)
the procedure is as determined by the Panel; and
(b)
the quorum is 2 members, one of whom must be the chairperson; and
(c)
all questions must be decided by a majority of votes of the members present and voting.
(5)
Subject to this Act, the Panel may otherwise regulate its own proceedings.
