25 Panel may make own motion recommendations
(1)
The Panel may make a recommendation to the Attorney-General on the Panel's own motion in relation to conditions of service of judicial officers, including different conditions of service for different offices.
(2)
The Panel may make an own motion recommendation—
(a)
to create new conditions of service; or
(b)
to adjust existing conditions of service; or
(c)
to abolish or consolidate existing conditions of service.
(3)
The Panel must not make an own motion recommendation in relation to conditions of service that are inconsistent with any other Act or subordinate legislation.
