29 Panel to report advisory opinion to Attorney-General
(1)
The Panel must report to the Attorney-General on any advisory opinion it gives—
(a)
within the time specified by the Attorney-General in the request under section 27; or
(b)
if no time is specified in accordance with paragraph (a), within a reasonable time.
(2)
The Panel must provide a copy of a report under subsection (1) to—
(a)
the head of jurisdiction of any judicial officer who may be affected by the advisory opinion; and
(b)
the Chief Justice.
