5 Definitions
In these Regulations—
allotment means—
(a)
in respect of a lot of land for which a plan of subdivision under the Subdivision Act 1988 has been registered, that lot; or
(b)
in respect of any other land, land of which a part cannot be sold, transferred or conveyed without the land being subdivided and for which a single certificate of title is or may be issued;
the Act means the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986.
