8 Statement of no intention to compulsorily acquire and accompanying statement of principal rights and obligations
(1)
The form for the statement under section 7(1)(b)(i) of the Act may be in Form 1A in Schedule 1.
(2)
For the purposes of section 7(1)(b)(ii) of the Act, the prescribed form is Form 2 in Schedule 1.
