12LC Reports of collaborative planning committee
(1)
The collaborative planning committee may give the board recommendations in the form of a report that includes a request for a response.
(2)
The board must provide a response within 3 months of receiving a report under subsection (1).
(3)
The board's response must set out the action (if any) that has been taken, or will be taken, in relation to the recommendations in the report.
(4)
Nothing in this section prevents the collaborative planning committee from giving recommendations to the board other than in accordance with this section.
