133F Undertakings

The Commission may accept a written undertaking given by a licensee in connection with—

a matter in relation to which the Commission has a power or function under this Act; or
a matter relating to a contravention of this Act.

The Commission must give a copy of the undertaking to the licensee.

A licensee may withdraw or vary an undertaking at any time, if the licensee has first obtained the consent of the Commission.
