146A Definitions
In this Division—
agreement includes a contract, arrangement or understanding;

liquor accord means a code of practice or an agreement—
that affects the supply of liquor, the opening and closing of licensed premises or other aspects of the management of or conduct of business on licensed premises; and
that is entered into in writing between 2 or more licensees or permittees (or both), with the approval of the Chief Commissioner and the Commission, for the purpose of minimising harm; and
that is published on the Commission's Internet site;
liquor accord ban means a provision of a liquor accord referred to in section 146B(b).
