146F Direction to complete approved advanced RSA program
The Minister, by notice published in the Government Gazette, may direct that a person who is in a class of persons specified in the direction must complete an approved advanced RSA program within the period specified in the direction.
A direction under subsection (1) may be given only in relation to classes of persons who are licensees or persons who sell, offer for sale or serve liquor on licensed premises.
A person to whom a direction applies must comply with the direction.
If a direction applies to a person (other than the licensee) who sells, offers for sale or serves liquor on licensed premises, the licensee of the premises must ensure that the person complies with the direction.
