148P Disclosure of information for enforcement purposes
The Commission or a police officer may disclose the following information to a licensee or permittee, or an employee or agent of a licensee or permittee—
the fact that a banning notice or an exclusion order has been given or made that bans or excludes the person to whom it applies from the licensed premises; and
the name of the person to whom the notice or order applies and, if available, a photograph of that person; and
the period for which the notice or order applies; and
a copy of the notice or order and of any variation or revocation of the notice or order; and

any other information in relation to the notice or order that the Commission or the police officer considers necessary for the purposes of the effective and efficient enforcement of the notice or order.
