148ZX Power to serve an infringement notice
(1)
If an authorised person has reason to believe that a person has committed an offence referred to in subsection (2), he or she may serve an infringement notice on that person.
(2)
An infringement notice may be served in respect of an offence against section 148ZJ(2) (refusal or failure to comply with a direction).
