14A Major event licence

(1)
A major event licence authorises the licensee to supply liquor in relation to a major event at the times determined by the Commission subject to section 15A and specified in the licence.
(2)
A major event licence is subject to—
(a)
if the licensee is a body corporate, the condition set out in section 18 (approval of directors); and

(b)
any other conditions determined by the Commission and specified in the licence.
