162 Commission may refer internal review to compulsory conference
The Commission may require attendance at one or more compulsory conferences with a single commissioner by—
the applicant for the internal review of a reviewable decision that relates to a contested application; and
any person who was given notice of the internal review under section 154.
A requirement to attend a compulsory conference may be made at any stage of the internal review of a reviewable decision that relates to a contested application before the Commission makes a fresh decision under section 157(1).
The commissioner who made the reviewable decision that is the subject of the internal review under Division 2 must not conduct the compulsory conference in relation to that decision.
The Commission may require a compulsory conference whether or not—
