62C Licensee or permittee may object to cancellation of licence or BYO permit
(1)
The licensee, permittee or any other person given notice under section 62B to whom an application under section 62A relates may object to the cancellation of the licence or BYO permit.
(2)
An objection must—
(a)
be made to the Commission in writing within 14 days after the day on which notice is given under section 62B; and
(b)
state reasons for the objection.
