Schedule 7Transitional provisions—Gambling and Liquor Legislation Amendment Act 2022
7 Late night licences
On and after the amendment of section 11A by the Gambling and Liquor Legislation Amendment Act 2022, any late night licence that was in force immediately before that amendment—
(a)
continues in force as if it were a late night licence granted under section 11A as amended by that Act; and
(b)
is subject to the conditions specified in section 11A as amended by that Act; and
(c)
is subject to any conditions to which the licence was subject immediately before that amendment.
