7 Prohibition of supply of liquor in flexible tubes
(1)
A person must not supply liquor in a flexible tube.
Penalty: 30 penalty units.
(2)
For the purposes of subregulation (1)—
flexible tube means a flexible metal, plastic or laminate cylindrical container sealed permanently at one end and having a cap at the other end.
