21C Disclosure of contents of biosecurity management plan for the whole or part of a premises
To avoid doubt, nothing in this Act is to be taken to require a person who has prepared a biosecurity management plan to disclose the contents of that plan to another person, other than to an inspector exercising powers under Part 5.
