35 Details of warrant to be given to occupier
(1)
If the occupier is present at a place where a search warrant is being executed, the inspector must—
(a)
identify himself or herself to the occupier; and
(b)
give a copy of the warrant to the occupier.
(2)
If the occupier is not present at a place where a search warrant is being executed, the inspector must—
(a)
identify himself or herself to any person at the premises; and
(b)
give to the person a copy of the warrant.
