38 Power to search, inspect or examine
An inspector may search, inspect or examine—

any premises that the inspector reasonably believes is or was used in connection with a regulated livestock management activity, or in relation to which the inspector reasonably believes section 50A or 50B has not been or is not being complied with; or
S. 38(b) amended by No. 12/2022 s. 8(2).
any livestock, livestock product, equipment, machinery, item of plant or facility that the inspector reasonably believes is or was used in connection with a regulated livestock management activity, or in relation to which the inspector reasonably believes there is or has been a contravention of section 50A or 50B; or
S. 38(c) amended by No. 12/2022 s. 8(3).
any vehicle that the inspector reasonably believes is or was used in connection with a regulated livestock management activity, or a contravention of section 50A or 50B.
