45 Where occupier not present
(1)
If an inspector exercises a power under Division 2 or 3 at a place and the occupier of the place is not present, the inspector must, before leaving the place, leave a notice of entry.
(2)
A notice given under subsection (1) must contain the following details—
(a)
the time of entry;
(b)
the purpose of the entry;
(c)
a description of all things done by the inspector while in the place;
(d)
the time of departure;
(e)
the procedure for contacting the inspector for further details of the entry.
