138 Councillor gift policy
(1)
A Council must adopt a Councillor gift policy within the period of 6 months after this section comes into operation.
(2)
A Councillor gift policy must include—
(a)
procedures for the maintenance of a gift register; and
(b)
any other matters prescribed by the regulations.
(3)
A Council may review and update the Councillor gift policy.
