149A Delegation by Principal Councillor Conduct Registrar
S. 149A inserted by No. 23/2024 s. 13.
The Principal Councillor Conduct Registrar, by instrument, may delegate to any person employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 any function or power of the Principal Councillor Conduct Registrar under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
