223 Exemption from Freedom of Information Act 1982
(1)
The Freedom of Information Act 1982 does not apply to—
(a)
a document that is in the possession of a Commission of Inquiry; or
(b)
a document of a Commission of Inquiry that is in the possession of an agency at any time during which the Commission of Inquiry is in existence.
(2)
In this section—
agency has the same meaning as in the Freedom of Information Act 1982;
document has the same meaning as in the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
