19 Silent voter's details to be kept secure
(1)
The Chief Executive Officer must ensure that only a person authorised by the Chief Executive Officer has access to the address of a silent voter or to the information contained in a request made under section 247(1) of the Act.
(2)
The VEC must ensure that only a person authorised by the VEC has access to the address of a silent voter.
