5A Application to elections at the City of Melbourne
(1)
Subject to regulation 6 of the City of Melbourne (Electoral) Regulations 2022, Part 8 and subregulations (2) and (3), these Regulations apply to elections at the City of Melbourne.
(2)
Regulations 6 to 14, 17 to 20, 37 to 43, 47, 52 to 54, 72 and 84 and Forms 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 to these Regulations do not apply to elections at the City of Melbourne.
(3)
Regulations 24 to 28 of these Regulations do not apply to the election of Lord Mayor and Deputy Lord Mayor at the City of Melbourne.
