63 Place at which votes to be counted
(1)
The election manager must designate a place or places to be counting places at which ballot‑papers used in an election are to be counted.
(2)
A counting place designated under subregulation (1) may be located either within or outside the municipal district of the Council.
(3)
Votes may only be counted at a counting place.
(4)
The election manager must advise each candidate not later than the day before the count where the count is to be made.
