4 Definitions
In these Regulations—
GST has the same meaning as it has in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 of the Commonwealth;
licensed conveyancer means a person who holds a licence under the Conveyancers Act 2006;
the Act means the Local Government Act 2020.
