Requests for information from agencies

Current

(1)

If the Commissioner believes on reasonable grounds that an agency has information or a document that is relevant to the performance of the functions of the Commissioner, the Commissioner may request in writing that the agency provide the specified information or specified document to the Commissioner.

(2)

An agency that receives a written request for information or a document under subsection (1) may provide the specified information or specified document to the Commissioner.
