50 Disclosure of modified or removed long service leave entitlements
(1)
At least 7 days before entering into an employment agreement that would modify or remove an employee's entitlements under this Act, the employer must notify the employee in writing of the modification or removal (as the case may be).
Penalty: 12 penalty units in the case of a natural person;
