Magistrates' Court (Family Violence Protection) Rules 2018

These Rules apply to—

every proceeding commenced under the Act in the Court on or after 3 December 2018, other than a proceeding in respect of which a determination has been made under section 136(2)(b) of the Personal Safety Intervention Orders Act 2010; and

every proceeding commenced under the Personal Safety Intervention Orders Act 2010 in respect of which a determination has been made under section 176E(2)(b) of the Act.

These Rules apply, so far as applicable and with any necessary modification, to every appeal commenced under Division 9 of Part 4 of the Act on or after 3 December 2018.
