16.11 Application of Part
This Part applies to an application that is made under any of the following sections of the Vexatious Proceedings Act 2014—
(a)
section 18(1);
(b)
section 34 in the case where the application relates to a person who is acting in concert with a person who is subject to an extended litigation restraint order that relates to intervention order legislation.
