4.08 Withdrawal of applications
(1)
An application under the Act may be withdrawn only with the leave of the Court.
(2)
A party seeking to withdraw an application must—
(a)
file a written notice of withdrawal, to be served on the respondent by the registrar; or
(b)
if the person attends court, make an oral application to the Court.
