1.01 Title and object
(1)
These Rules constitute Chapter I of the Rules of the Magistrates' Court of Victoria and are entitled the Magistrates' Court General Civil Procedure Rules 2020.
(2)
The object of these Rules is to remake with amendments the rules of procedure in civil proceedings in the Magistrates' Court of Victoria.
