21.06 Default of defence to counterclaim
If a defendant serves a counterclaim, Rule 21.01 applies as if—
(a)
the defendant were the plaintiff; and
(b)
a reference to the notice of defence in that Rule were a reference to the notice of defence to the counterclaim; and
(c)
the plaintiff were the defendant.
