21.08 Defendant may apply for costs order
(1)
If a complaint is dismissed under—
(a)
Rule 13.10(1)(b)(i) or Rule 13.10(1)(c);
(b)
Rule 24.02(1)(a);
(c)
Rule 29.12.1(3)(a) or Rule 29.12.1(4);
(d)
Rule 30.09.1(3)(a) or Rule 30.09.1(4);
(e)
Rule 50.07(1)(a)—
the defendant may apply for an order for costs.
(2)
An application under paragraph (1) must be in Form 21B.
