22.21 Cross-examination on affidavit
(1)
The Court may order any party or the maker of any affidavit—
(a)
to attend and be examined and cross‑examined; or
(b)
to produce any documents, or copies of or extracts from those documents.
(2)
If a party is a corporation, the Court may make an order under paragraph (1) in respect of any director, manager, secretary or other similar officer of the corporation or any person purporting to act in any such capacity.
