63.18 Non-admission of fact or document
If a party serves a notice—
(a)
under Rule 35.03(1) disputing a fact, and afterwards that fact is proved in the proceeding;
(b)
under Rule 35.05(1) disputing the authenticity of a document, and afterwards the authenticity of that document is proved in the proceeding—
that party must pay the costs of proof, unless the Court otherwise orders.
