(1)
An applicant for the revocation of a permit under section 46 of the Outworkers (Improved Protection) Act 2003 must serve a copy of the application on the holder of the permit.
(2)
The applicant must serve the copy of the application within a reasonable time before the date fixed for the hearing of the application.
