1 Purposes
The purposes of this Act are—
S. 1(a) amended by No. 55/2014 s. 156(a).
(a)
to provide for a regime for the authorisation and oversight of the use of coercive powers to investigate and prosecute organised crime offences; and
S. 1(b) substituted by No. 55/2014 s. 156(b).
(b)
to combat and reduce the incidence of organised crime offences.
