Proceedings in a court under section 42 or 47 must not be conducted in open court.

Unless the court otherwise orders, a person must not publish a report of the whole or any part of a proceeding in a court under section 42 or 47 or of any information derived from such a proceeding.
A person who contravenes subsection (2) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to level 6 imprisonment (5 years maximum).
