115 Certificates for the purposes of evidence
S. 115 amended by No. 81/2000 s. 34(1).
In any proceedings under this Act, a certificate, signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Melbourne City Link Authority, as constituted immediately before the commencement of section 38 of the Melbourne City Link (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2000, certifying—
that a person was or was not an authorised officer at a particular time; or
that a licence had or had not been issued to a particular person under this Act or that the Authority or a person authorised by the Authority had a right to occupy land under Part 9 of the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986—
is evidence of the facts stated in the certificate.
