12D Certain instruments are not legislative instruments under Subordinate Legislation Act 1994
S. 12D inserted by No. 70/2016 s. 49.
The following instruments made under this Act are not legislative instruments for the purposes of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994—
an agreement to vary all or any of the provisions of the Agreement under section 15(1);
a variation of all or any of the provisions of the Agreement under section 15(1A);
an agreement to vary all or any of the provisions of the Integration and Facilitation Agreement under section 15B(1);
a variation of all or any of the provisions of the Integration and Facilitation Agreement made under section 15B(2);
an agreement to vary all or any of the provisions of the Extension Agreement under section 15D(1);
a variation of all or any of the provisions of the Extension Agreement made under section 15D(2).
