16 Agreements to prevail if inconsistent with Act

If a provision of the Agreement, the Integration and Facilitation Agreement or the Extension Agreement is inconsistent with a provision of this Act—

the provision of the Agreement, the Integration and Facilitation Agreement or the Extension Agreement (as the case requires) prevails; and
the application of this Act is modified accordingly.

Nothing in this section derogates from the operation of sections 14, 15A, 15C and 98 and Division 8 of Part 2B.
