27 Conditions of licence—general
S. 27(1) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 186(Sch. 4 item 28.12).
(1)
The Head, Transport for Victoria may impose conditions on a licence subject to and in accordance with the Agreement.
(2)
A licence that is inconsistent with the Agreement is invalid only to the extent of the inconsistency.
