Certificates issued under section 89(1) of the Act

Current

For the purposes of section 89(1) of the Act, a certificate is in the prescribed form if the certificate—

(a)

states that it is a certificate issued by the enforcement agency under section 89(1) of the Act; and

(b)

certifies—

(i)

that the matters set out in the certificate appear in, or can be calculated from, the records kept by the enforcement agency; and

(ii)

that, to the knowledge and belief of the person issuing the certificate on behalf of the enforcement agency, the matters set out in the certificate are true and correct.
