26 Use of market land
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the Authority must use the market land at all times as a site for a market.
(2)
The Authority may permit the whole or any part of the market land to be used for a purpose associated with the use of the market land as a site for a market if that purpose does not interfere with or detract from the use of the market land as a site for a market.
Ss 27–31 repealed.[3]
