143 Definitions
In this Part—
Board means the Board of the Rehabilitation Authority established under section 84AD as in force immediately before the commencement day;
commencement day means the day on which Division 1 of Part 4 of the Entities Legislation Amendment (Consolidation and Other Matters) Act 2026 comes into operation;
Rehabilitation Authority means the Mine Land Rehabilitation Authority established under section 84AD as in force immediately before the commencement day.
